Vijayta Verma is a business strategist and marketing expert whose professional journey combines banking discipline, operational precision and entrepreneurial insight. She began her career in banking, progressing into leadership roles with responsibility for compliance across multiple branches in North India. Working in an environment where every decision carried accountability strengthened her ability to think systematically, identify structural weaknesses and resolve issues before they became costly problems. These formative years developed the clarity, responsibility and attention to detail that continue to shape her approach to business and leadership.
Driven by a deep curiosity about why some businesses earn trust and visibility while others struggle to communicate their value, Vijayta transitioned from banking into business strategy and marketing. Through more than 1,850 one-to-one sessions, she has supported founders, coaches, experts and business owners across industries including executive coaching, career development, retail, wellness, health transformation, user experience, healing and spirituality. Her work spans offer development, positioning, program launches, automation, customer journeys and business scaling. Vijayta believes lasting growth is built like a strong tree—from the roots upward—through disciplined execution, thoughtful refinement and decisions aligned with the founder’s purpose and values.
Vijayta serves as the Director of Operations at the TAT Institute, orchestrating the operational architecture that enables the institute’s work to move with clarity, consistency and excellence. She oversees systems, coordination, admissions flow, program delivery and the institutional rhythm connecting people, processes and priorities. Working closely with Dr Sam K Pillai to translate his vision into organised execution, Vijayta draws upon her banking background and extensive experience advising businesses to identify operational gaps, strengthen foundations and ensure that every moving part supports the institute’s larger purpose. Her leadership enables the TAT Institute to grow with discipline and precision without compromising the values, quality or transformational depth at the heart of Dr Sam’s work.
